This website is operated by Elaira Tickute – Elaira Flow. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Elaira Flow. By joining the Temple Path membership and community, you agree to the following terms.
This agreement takes immediate effect upon payment.

AUTO-RENEWAL
Your membership will auto-renew monthly or yearly (depending on the subscription you chose), on or close to the date of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription anytime through the Elaira Sanctuary online portal. Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll have access to the membership content until the end of your current billing cycle.
However any investment credits accumulated will be nullified immediately upon cancelation.
REFUND POLICY
You are agreeing to taking full responsibility for cancelling your subscription at the very moment it stops serving you. For this reason and because of the digital nature of this offering, we will be issuing no refunds. Thank you for understanding.
INVESTMENT CREDITS
Credits can be accumulated up to 12 months and can be used to purchase any other available program/service at that time or reinvested in monthly membership payment.
Investment Credits from the “The Temple Path” cannot be added to any other credits within the Elaira Flow brand, and cannot be transferred to other individuals/businesses.

DEFAULTS
If your first payment method provided can’t be processed, we’ll reach out by email to find a solution. If a payment has not been successfully made within 7 days of your expected payment date, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will lose access to The Temple Path membership.
MAKING PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL COPIES, PRINTING, SHARING MATERIALS
All the material shared with you in the membership portal is meant for personal use only. You may print it and use it for your own journey without sharing it with people outside The Temple Path.
WAIVER
The Temple Path membership content IS NOT “therapy”. It is not meant to be a substitute for help by a mental health professional. Therefore, this material is not intended to be a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We cannot make guarantees about experience or results from your use of the membership portal & community. All subscribers release Elaira Tickute, her employees, and consultants of any liability relating to your use.
Therefore, the content in all Elaira Tickute programs and services is for the sole purpose of your education and self- development within a professional or business environment. Intellectual property rights includes, but is not limited to, any domain names, program, company names, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, know-how, concepts, ideas, discoveries, processes, developments, suggestions, materials, improvements, work of authorship, artwork, software, documentation, intellectual property, rights in other tangible and intangible assets of proprietary nature, and the like.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access to or remove customers from subscribers at any time for any reason. And… we hope for equanimity, love and harmony for the benefit of all.
TERMS OF THE COMMUNITY
The terms of the community are as follows and become law once you agree to the agreement;
Each member takes full responsibility for any content they post on the community as well as in any group or forum that we do manage outside of the community, and does agree to treat others of mankind with respect taking responsibility for their own offences, feelings and emotions during interactions with others; We reserve the right to terminate membership to the community, or to remove access to a particular group, forum, spaces or offering, or to remove or edit any content, at our sole discretion, whether or not a donation or compensation has been made in order to be a part of such a group, forum, space or offering on or off the community;
Any property that we as mankind did create, we hereby claim as our property;
Any information you provide to the community you do so in the private; We consider the information you provide to the community as your property; We will respect your property and keep it private; We do not store details online; We do not store credit or debit card numbers;
You can request a copy of any information that we hold about you; You can also request that we delete your information;
All who attend any online or offline events offered through the community are responsible for their own circumstances and feelings, and for their application of any guidance they may receive while in attendance, and agree not to attempt to make those who may host or any others of mankind who may be in attendance responsible for said circumstances and or feelings, and or for any consequences of such application;
We record our online events and do often share the recordings for teaching purposes; by participating in any online event, you agree to your voice and or image being used and shared in this way; if you wish for your voice and or image to be removed from recordings that are shared beyond those who do attend such events, you will need to contact us and request this prior to the event taking place;
You allow us to place information on the hard drive of your computer in the form of so-called cookies, which you can remove or decline at any time;
We have the right to change these terms from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the community will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms;
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
