What happens if a payment on a payment plan fails?

If a payment within your plan isn’t made on time, we’ll gently try again over the next 7 days, specifically after 3, 5, and 7 days from the first attempt. If, after these efforts, the payment hasn’t gone through, it will be considered as ‘failed’. The program with the incomplete payment will then no longer be available until payment is completed.
